30 minutes of Yoga

The session begins with a 30 minutes Yoga lesson adapted to all levels. The instructor leads the session by taking into account the injuries of each in a zen atmosphere 🍃🧘‍♂️.

Kitten Yoga

40 minutes of Yoga

20 minutes of playtime and cuddles
